Overall it's pretty good. Clean room, cold AC. Worth the price.

checked in but didn't end up staying, when we entered the hotel room, it turned out the room was messy, still had other guests' marks and hadn't been cleaned, really disappointed with this hotel. We paid a lot and wanted to ask for a refund but couldn't, had to go through the application even though we didn't end up staying. I was really disappointed. traveloka oh traveloka what if it's like this, can't we ask for our money back if the service is like this. Really, we were really disappointed.

Room 312, 3rd floor, no hot water, even if the tap is opened for a long time, the water is still not hot at all Small room, less car parking.. Other than that, the AC is cold, the staff and service are okay, friendly and ready to help if there are any problems

The hotel staff were all very friendly and kind, but the cleanliness of the room was really lacking. The sheets and pillows smelled really bad, I asked for a change but they still smelled bad. The bathroom toilet was also damp, the damp smell was really noticeable.

Nothing wrong with the staff. The room is damp. No window it is very prone to mold. Dangerous for kid. The sheet is dirty and smelly. The bed is smelly. Could be much better if window is available, such pity
