The Fovere Hotel is now different from previous years. When I'm on business in Palangka Raya, I always stay at this hotel because it's comfortable. But now it's very different, especially the condition of the rooms. It seems poorly maintained. There are lots of stains on the walls and floors. The bathroom door requires extra effort to close.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff are in accordance with SOP, there are smoking rooms in the rooms, and the location is close to restaurants and Indomaret.

The room space is too small and it is not worthed for first and last visit. Bellboy is not there since i brought some of baggage, the restaurant waiter and waitress the service is worst. I am having my breakfast with the rest of meals no fresh one and it is not recommended for stays even with your children.

The mattress is very damp. The room smells bad. It makes you sick. The sheets look like they haven't been changed. The room is also dirty and dusty. I just sneezed there.

I often check in here, but yesterday I had an unpleasant experience.. 20 minutes after checking out, I looked at my things in the room in case I left them in my own room because my husband had gone down to the parking lot first, so in the corridor on my room floor there were a lot of cleaning staff talking loudly and even calling out animal names so it was uncomfortable even though it was check out time, when I wanted to leave the room there was this cleaning staff who opened my room but didn't open it wide, maybe because I saw the lights and the AC were still on.. at first I was scared because I was alone but when I heard it, it turned out he thought there was no one there, I was confused about how to respond so I stayed in the room until 11.50 when I went outside there were still a lot of cleaning tools but the person suddenly disappeared even though it was still noisy maybe because I went out so they didn't feel comfortable.. this just happened yesterday from the many times I checked in at this hotel, I hope it won't happen again because Fovere is one of my favorite hotels because of its strategic location and affordable price

Room 319 leaked right above the mattress, there was no tissue box, special requests were ignored and the receptionist was bad.

checked in but didn't end up staying, when we entered the hotel room, it turned out the room was messy, still had other guests' marks and hadn't been cleaned, really disappointed with this hotel. We paid a lot and wanted to ask for a refund but couldn't, had to go through the application even though we didn't end up staying. I was really disappointed. traveloka oh traveloka what if it's like this, can't we ask for our money back if the service is like this. Really, we were really disappointed.

Room 312, 3rd floor, no hot water, even if the tap is opened for a long time, the water is still not hot at all Small room, less car parking.. Other than that, the AC is cold, the staff and service are okay, friendly and ready to help if there are any problems
