The accommodation is beautiful and clean. The staffs are very helpful. I recommend this place. It's not far from Impact.

There is no toothpaste in the room. You have to ask the housekeeper for it.

การจัดการให้เข้าเช็คอินล่าช้า คีย์การ์ดมีปัญหาเมื่อข้ามวัน การจัดการระบบในการเช็คอินและเช็คเอ้าท์ไม่ดี มีความสับสน เมื่อมีการแจ้งเข้าพักต่ออีกคืน ทำการ booking และแจ้งพนักงานรับทราบแล้ว กลับพบแม่บ้านเข้ามาสอบถามว่าอยู่ต่อเหรอ และถามว่าแจ้งพนักงานข้างล่างหรือยัง มันไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ลูกค้าเข้าพักต้องแจ้งต่อพนักงานอีกครั้ง เมื่อแจ้ง receptionist ไปแล้ว

โรงแรมเงียบสงบ หาของกินสะดวก เดินไปเซ็นทรัลแจ้งไม่ไกล พนักงานน่ารัก ห้องพักดี เตียงนอนก็ดี ดีทุกอย่าง แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องความสะอาดความปลอดภัย เช่น แก้วน้ำในห้อง ควรแพ็คใส่ซองพลาสติก และช้อนส้อมที่นำมาพร้อมกับอาหาร ควรแพ็คหุ้มพลาสติก ยิ่งช่วงนี้โควิดระบาด ยิ่งต้องแพ็คค่ะ และกล่องใส่กระดาษทิชชู่ในห้องมีฝุ่นเยอะนะคะ นอกนั้นดีหมดแล้วค่ะ 😊
