Very quiet hotel which not as my expectation before.

Hotel was filthy and run down. Bathroom and beds are dirty. Disgusting place. Never recommend.

The hotel rather goes inside (behind the shop) so it is rather difficult to find, overall comfortable, nice and the condition of the rooms is okay, only the service does not feel friendly especially service in restaurants that seem indifferent and not communicative.

The atmosphere is okay, but the rooms need a little renovation.

I could hardly sleep because of the noise of a very noisy AC engine plus a very dirty blanket, There was no doorman / greeter inappropriate on a 4 star label.

Good hotel with fair service. Good location near the station.

The place is dirty, aircon very noisy, warm especially at lift lobby, in middle of no where, cold and limited breakfast, basically wifi not working in many of the rooms and no one speak English except one of the restaurant staff. Insects and cockroaches running around in the toilet. It is expensive is ok if it really has the 4 stars rating of a hotel but it not even 2 and a half stars hotel are much better than this. They need to revamp the place a lot before it is hospitable as a hotel. Don’t stay at this hotel.

Hot water does not light up, breakfast is not tasty, the room smells, spa facilities are okay.

Same as hotels in general. good service. cleanliness is good. easy to find location. quite close to the airport.

The hotel does not match the description column, breakfast does not vary like a 2-star hotel. The gym is not free. this hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel, it should be a 3 star hotel

Clean hotel, satisfying service, hotel location close to my business destination area.

Not so appealing in terms of place and facilities.
