I booked a superior room. Got a room without a window. Close to transportation hub and food center. There is a Starbucks below the hotel. Overall everything else is OK

On 14 Jun 25 I ordered a promo from Traveloka for 280k, it turned out to be for a single bed with a mattress size of 100x200. The room service staff took a long time to come when I wanted to see the standard at the beginning of the order when I checked in to the hotel (the receptionist called me several times via HT). Finally I upgraded to a superior room for an additional 230k at the reception. The hotel lift is small, the wifi is a photocopy barcode (sorry I didn't use it in the end), the bathroom is flooded everywhere because the water flow is not working properly? Almost got out of the room, I held it in with a doormat. The room phone can't be used. Sorry, it's not right for the price 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Hopefully D'Prima Hotel will be better in the future. Sorry, I hope you accept this input. Thank you
