Overall, it's not bad, but they need to check for safety tools in the rooms by the hotel management.

Very terrible hotel. The heater wasn't working, same like a public toilet. Not worth the money at all.

If you can please choose other place but if you insist carry on with your choice. Starting off with the room, it was noisy as the wall was thin as paper. The next door was shouting and talking like there is no tomorrow. Playing cards (might be drunk) and so on you name it until I don't know like two or three in the morning. Oh my God you imagine, the rest time you need with the noise; It was worst than a nightmare. The good part was the bed was incredible good and comfy for the price.

This is the first hotel I've stayed in, in the picture it's not a joke, it's more like a hostel. Stinky room, dark stairs, slow water, rotten blankets, nicer room and bangla house bro! Don't talk about cleanliness, the reception says there is a slumber dog inside. This hotel is really not worth it if you want to stay, it's better to go tune in and the price is cheaper.

we waited 15 minutes to check in. the room was not so clean, yellow stain on the bed sheet. there's baby cockroaches in the room as well. very much different from advertised.

Haha this hotel is the worst join with this agent partner. Golden leaf is so careless about its facilities, for example this hotel still available elevator but when I arrived there a few days ago suddenly unavailable. Is it good guys? Because of what I brought sick people bro and also the sick people has heart attack and very hard to step up until 2nd floor and also the employees don't have about their responsibilities to the customer and they were very impolite shit. I just recommend to you all guys it is better for you to stay in another hotel to rest. Bro if I didn't bring the sick man it's doesn't matter. Hahaha so careless at all bro

Didn't stay for the night at all. Everything is unsatisfying. Bedsheet has yellowish stain, location isolated, not properly sound insulated, rude receptionist, misleading information on the room facilities. Waste of money too. Not recommended.

Receptionist asked me to pay tax again for 3 room pay 30ringgit. I ask she I already pay tax in my order but she still ask me to pay.
