No toothbrush, no toothpaste, empty tissue.

Bad service, damp pillowcases and towels, towels delivered after 3 times being asked for, no soap, no tissue, no toothpaste, only 2 bottles of mineral water were given in our family room, it should have been 3 bottles, breakfast was just bread, the service changed a lot it from the previous one.

The hotel is clean, the service is great, really fast if you ask for anything, the air conditioner is pretty cold, the refrigerator, the bathtub can all be used recommend it

Make the hotel facilities quite complete. But there are some drawbacks. Like the faucet in the toilet that doesn't work the same way if it rains the wall near the air conditioner seeps, so that water stagnates on the floor.

Quite comfortable and cool for a class of 200 thousand budget hotels.

The rooms are okay, clean, comfortable, only the breakfast service is unsatisfactory, due to having to wait when it runs out. Not organized.

Cheap price, can check-in at 10 am, the staff is friendly, but unfortunately the sheets / blankets are hairy so it sticks to the clothes especially when wearing black clothes, also the air conditioner is less cold. But overall is okay because the price is also cheap with good toilet facilities.

the second time I stayed at the Golden Hotel I was satisfied, the room was clean, the air conditioner was cold, there was a bathtub, hot shower, cable TV, the most impressive was the very fast WiFi, really recommended, only the breakfast was lacking variety, but for that size, accordingly, good luck Golden Hotel.

Beyond expectations, the rooms are clean and spacious, there is even a bathtube. Breakfast is provided as usual.

Strategic location, close to the city center, clean and spacious rooms. I booked a family and deluxe room and even had a bathtube, breakfast was enough to just be full.
