Quiet atmosphere, close to Simpang Lima. Friendly service. The bathroom door wouldn't close. We tried to fix it, but it wasn't working because it needed a new part.

This is my second stay here. The location is good, a bit tucked away from the main road, so it's quite quiet. Check-in was quick and with a 50,000 IDR deposit, I got a first-floor room with a pool view. The room was comfortable, the AC was cool, but I need to be careful when I arrived; two lights went out in the bathroom and foyer. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the rain shower didn't work, so I had to use the hand shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool needs regular cleaning. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation.

I chose a grand deluxe room in room 004. I thought I'd get a comfortable room, but it turned out to be a very noisy poolside room. Even with earphones on while working on my laptop, I could still hear the children screaming in the pool. It seems like having a pool by the room is too much of a stretch and a disadvantage for guests...

Satisfied here… Comfortable… There is a swimming pool… The bathroom is a bit smelly… The rest is really good
