Comfortable stay for family of 2A2C in a Junior suite. 4 single bed for each of us and 2 individual toilets for convenience. Great value and location.

Unfriendly front desk employees. Hotel is a service industry, they should hire employees who are more friendly. We did not pay the hotel to be greeted with black face employees. Location is good with a lot of food choices around. Hotel is a bit old and dusty, and stains on the bedsheet. Other than that everything else is alright.

Prepare cash during check-in time. They don't accept debit cards for the deposit payment, and there is another RM 10 cost that we need to pay during the check-in. One of the ladies in the receptionist is not friendly at all :(. The rooms are very modern and clean, however, I accidentally chose a room without a window, so need to be more thorough when choosing the room type. However, the hotel location is near various restaurants. Beside the hotel, there is a good restaurant called 'Tea Garden'. They have various tasty and affordable breakfast menus.

Room cleanliness is decent, but practical to stay with family.

I was trapped. No car park provided and the room without window. Not clearly elaborate in the details. So upset.

My experience is that iPad is lagging behind, the hotel staff returns when they finish checking out, the service is okay!

A new hotel, so facade is modern, clean and new. Location is central, and a few minutes walk to Aeon, Macs, convenience stores, local eateries etc. Daily housekeeping was prompt and efficient. However, check in was slow and delayed as the receptionist wanted a hard copy of my booking confirmation. A screen capture the form on my phone was not accepted. Beside that, I was rather startled when I found that the main entrance doors locked (at 10 pm). I thought I had booked myself into a hotel in some high-crime areas. Fortunately I was wrong and further observation of the neighbourhood in the next few days proved that it is safe and locking the entrance at night is just a safety precaution. I will definitely stay here again in future.
