We had a lovely days while staying there. Smile of every Amari staffs is remarkable as well as the services.

Shuttle service is available at the Central Festival with the hotel. Convenient, courteous staff, good service, clean accommodation. The facilities are very nice. The kitchen equipment, oven, cups, utensils, complete, large fridge can cook in the room. The pool is beautiful, clean, peaceful. Very impressed.

All good, except for the hotel entrance and parking. Take 8 out of 10 clutches.

Excellent service, good facilities, nice view from the room but unfortunately when we get in the room we found full can of trash and then we call reception it’s been for a while nobody came till I have to make a second call then the housekeeper come to clean it. Inside wardrobe so dusty, luckily I book only 1 night so I can leave my belongings on the floor.

Great place to stay, the room is clean and nice

The room was great, hotel upgraded for me. Unfortunately, the pillow were too soft for me and the hotel doesn't have other kind of pillows.

Breakfast is less than 3,000 baht than the other.

All good service staff throughout the stay.

We stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Good design, decoration, and service. But cleaning was terrible. We requested high floor. They assigned us for 6th floor. We entered and found dust everywhere in the room, like no one stayed there for a long time. They moved us to 8th floor. It was better than the previous one, less dust but hairs on the floor?! Such a waste for good design hotel! Once opened the fridge, smell rotten cheese so strong left in the fridge! We couldn't use and open it! Smudge on tap in kitchen and bathroom, like they used uncleaned wet towel and left stain after dry. It's not kind of cleaning for hotel standard.
