The place is clean, the service is good, breakfast is on time, cooking utensils are also not having a problem, both the stove and others, it's just that the only long sofa in the living room is rather poorly maintained, not vacuumed, also in the swimming pool, the pool water is not noticed and lacks chlorine as an anti-bacterial. And because of the rainy season and in the hill area, many small animals stop by, fortunately the villa facilities are provided with insect spray. Btw all the family vacation happily.

As for the facilities, I think it's a 4 star, really very satisfied ... but unfortunately the purpose of staying in the villa is to chat and release laughter. the building so that the sound will definitely echo so it sounds noisy and if asked comfortably it is very uncomfortable because we rent it at an expensive price 😔

The villa is quite clean, the facilities are complete, however there are a few rooms with lots of red ants but the villa guard provides a hitz so it is quite helpful. Cleaner will improve the quality of this villa.

Waiters are bitchy and not good, breakfast is unsatisfactory.

When I first decided to choose this villa, it did look fun, and when I arrived there, it turned out that what was seen in the photo is indeed true with complete facilities, there is a large swimming pool, saunas, billard tables, rooms with tv and air conditioning every room and toilet and its fittings are like a star hotel, a complete breakfast is fried noodle rice with fresh bread and friends, dish washing utensils, cutlery, complor and microwave and every day the villa is tidied up all including the bed and the most the main thing is wifi, so children can still play the internet. The view of the villa is very good and the location is perfect because it is in an expert dago area that is not as crowded as Lembang, and there are many pleasant cafes around it. A bit of constructive criticism, when there, the outside toilet for guests cannot be used and there is a leak from the ceiling near the kitchen, for TV broadcasts, only standard TV shows, if possible, can see the HBO series and the wifi strengthened, so add pleasure😁. The main thing is really sleeping, and for the future, definitely going to come back again, recommended for a vacation with a big family👍
