The service is very good, the room is also quite spacious, only the bathroom smells a bit bad. So far, my stay here has been pleasant.

My second stay here, but I was disappointed. When I entered the room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were tons of dirty stains on the sheets. There were cigarette ash in the sink, mosquitoes, and a lot of dust that hadn't been swept.

It's very comfortable, and the service is excellent and friendly. I'll definitely be back next time.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, rooms F27 and F28. We were all itchy after sleeping there. The itching was still there until the 3rd day. Our feet were covered in bumps. We went to the doctor... he said we were bitten by fleas. The smell of the mattress was also unpleasant, like it was wet. The sheets were shabby. There were lots of ants and animals in the room. Also the bathroom. Please pay attention to the hotel management

When I got the room at the very end, the room was smaller than the other rooms of the same type.

Actually everything is okay, our family always stays at SBH. We are happy with the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast served, and the hotel atmosphere. Price: friendly (quite pocket-friendly) Facilities: quite okay It's just that there are many ants in the room, the window glass is blurry, the balcony is dirty, the first day the floor is slippery and the coffee/tea/sugar is not refilled. Please the management pay more attention especially to the condition of the room. 🙏

The bed may not be comfortable, but the experience is pleasant. This is the second time I took a family villa because I liked the experience.

The hotel is close to the east coast of Pangandaran, the rooms are spacious, but the water in the room we used wasn't hot.

Overall, staying here was okay, except that the mattress/bed was a bit old so it was noisy and the pillows were soft. As for the food, everything was delicious, there was a lot of variety.
