Hotel staff are friendly, check-in time can be requested

The only thing missing was the swimming pool. When I went there, it wasn't open because it was being drained, so my kids didn't enjoy their stay. And there was a lack of communication. An employee said the pool could be used on Sundays, but it turned out not to be.

I ordered a suite room but I didn't get it, instead I was given a top corner room near the mosque which had a pungent smell of garbage, dinggih uncomfortable and not according to the order. The breakfast was also not good, different from before, I was a customer of Ririn Hotel. Very disappointed
