A place with a beautiful view. Also close to the waterfall

Beautiful lodge, second visit but first time staying. Meals were good but it wasn't the best. No latte or proper coffee (only Lombok coffee but it's gritty and coarse!) (have to go to lighthouse for that). But the views are amazing especially in the evening before sunset. Room was fine. We had two villas for 2 adults 3 children as these seem to have semi outdoor baths and toilets. A little old and worn, but generally clean. AC was sufficiently cool. No conditioner provided. The pools were lovely. We loved the gardens.

Kamar luas, cocok untuk keluarga. Sayang TV baru berfungsi di malam kami akan check out besok harinya. Kami stay 3 malam di family room, bisa untuk 5 orang (2 dewasa 3 anak). Sarapan ada baiknya lebih banyak variasi khususnya untuk anak-anak. View luar biasa indah, bisa dapat view gunung, persawahan dan laut sekaligus. Staf lodge ramah-ramah dan baik-baik. Staf receptionist baiknya menjelaskan detail mengenai tata cara cleaning room (agar tamu tidak asumsi otomatis dibersihkan setiap hari).

The location is indeed far from the airport it takes about 3-4 hours, but the hotel is good and the view is direct to Mount Rinjani.

Hotel location is good. View of the mountain and near the waterfall. But hotel rooms are poorly maintained. The ceiling is full of cobwebs. Dirty water cooking pot. Room rental prices are expensive because they are not in accordance with the service.

Dari awal masuk kamar family 1 bed yang saya tiduri sprei noda bercak darah atau kotoran. Besoknya saya minta bersihkan kamar tidak juga diganti spreinya. Untuk pandemi harga online dan walk in sama aja tidak ada promosi. Menu makanan banyak kosong. Sarapan ala carte bukan buffet.

Wifi doesn't work, there is a TV but it doesn't work. If the afternoon is very hot there.

The hotel is really good even though you have to take 2 hours from West Lombok ... the outside rooms, the swimming pool is clean and the food is good ...

Great views, great facilities and great staff. The only problem is the whole area is recovering from the earthquake, add covid to this and everything is closed. This is still an awesome place to relax as long as you're not by yourself.

The pool is infinity, really cool under the valley and forest, the sound of animals all day long. Our room is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, it & amp; # 39; s just that there is no cable TV and WiFi but they provide DVDs, but unfortunately they can't be used. But all replaced with an extraordinary view of rice fields, valleys and mountains can be seen, with a magnificent swimming pool.

awesome ambeince, great scenery, nice infinity pool,, very very friendly and polite staff and also the owner. if you have spare time, you can go to awesome waterfall within walking distance but with a bit trekking effort..
