child friendly hotel. lots of games for children, they will definitely not get bored. the location is next to papa dino, just walk there. strategically located

Staff friendly and the place good.

The hotel is nice and the price is reasonable. Although it is on the side of the road, if you choose the right room, it is not noisy. If I go to Puncak, I will definitely come here again. The food tastes good but the variety is not much. One more suggestion, please ask the restaurant staff to pay attention to the food often because yesterday when I wanted to get the kolak, the ladle sank. Very sad. But overall it is very satisfying and I will definitely come here again.

the hotel location is close to 2 tourist attractions that can be reached on foot, only the rooms facing the street are not soundproof. maybe the hotel can fix it, the rest is impressive staying here.

One of the easiest hotels to find in the Puncak area, in my opinion. It is clearly visible from the main road. Take a deluxe room on weekdays and it is very worth it. The room is quite comfortable, it's just a shame that many of the lights are out, and the pillows are too soft so they feel really flat. Kids and disabled friendly. Breakfast is quite varied, and the fried rice with anchovies is delicious. The restaurant has a very beautiful view. There is a choice of rooms facing the road with a mountain view but it is a bit noisy, and rooms facing the pool but it is quite quiet. I deliberately requested the second one. Overall it's okay, but the Wi-Fi sometimes disconnects by itself. Nice view to the garden pool, breakfast buffet is just so-so, not much variety. But room service ordering food at the restaurant is better, fried rice with anchovies and fried noodles with lots of seasoning and lots of toppings.
