The staff and service are good and friendly. No regrets staying at Wisma Bintan Harmoni.

Hotel staff is friendly, good. Cleanliness is okay, can be improved. Facilities are good, only equipment such as towels seem to be able to be replaced (they are already thin), strategic location, lots of food for sale, overall okay to stay here AGAIN.

The bathroom lock is broken, the socket is broken, the sink faucet is dead, the toilet is broken. It's terrible.

Affordable for stay or transit.

The hotel is easy to find & strategic, opposite the hotel there is a supermarket and tent shop at night, near the mosque, so it's not difficult if there is a need. Friendly, fast service, okay water heater. Minus the toilet seat, black at the bottom of the hole. Since college days, staying there is still the same, the electricity is off just before sunset. And it's a bit noisy from the racing exhaust because it's right in front of the highway.

Maybe the facilities in the room can be improved better. The shower in the bathroom did not work well, the water flow in the shower was weak and hot water did not come out of the shower, the TV screen was not clear but the available channels already covered outside broadcasts, the AC was not cold enough, the lights in the room were yellow so the room seemed dark, the room I got seemed cramped because the bed was quite large so the space in the room was cramped, especially if I wanted to pray, I thought it was very cramped with the available standard type space. That's all. Permission to be creepy. But honestly, in the future with the facilities and quality of service currently available, I still want to stay again and can recommend this inn to my acquaintances 🙏.

Sering tiba-tiba terbangun karena suara bising motor yang di geber-geber, entah lokasinya yang dekat dengan arena balapan jalanan atau kamarnya yang kurang kedap. Resepsionisnya manalagi tidak ada di tempat saat saya dan keluarga mau istirahat segera jadi dengan terpaksa menunggu agak lama. Tidak di rekomendasikan untuk yang bawa keluarga, saat itu karena mau menjelang malam tahun baru jadi banyak hotel-hotel yang full book jadi dengan terpaksa menginap di sini.

Clean. Friendly. The housekeeping is diligent. Every clean room all replaced. Without being asked everything is provided. The FO in the morning and evening is friendly, not arrogant. The front is self-service. Find food nearby. Anyway, this recommendation for a long stay is the best choice. Even though it is cheap, the quality is not cheap. Bintan harmony the best. Even though the guesthouse is not inferior to the hotel.
