I arrived on May 14th, and the room was completely different from the photo. There was a chicken coop underneath. The stairs up were very difficult. The room faced the roof tiles. After contacting the receptionist to move rooms, they didn't respond well. They said they were full, even though there were many available. They offered to move to a family room, but it didn't have AC, so I said no, I wanted one with AC. Instead, they said I complained too much. Oh my gosh... we were there on vacation... not wanting to use a fan, boss... highly not recommended. Two nights' money was wasted just like that...

The hotel is comfortable, yesterday's breakfast was fried rice, it must be delicious😍. The staff are nice, five stars.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly. The parking lot was a bit cramped, though. So far, so good. I'm satisfied with my stay here. 👍

The accommodation was quite clean and comfortable, but there was no hot water for bathing. The shower didn't work properly, so you had to collect water before showering. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn't end up staying here because there was an accident, I called the hotel and they said they couldn't change the schedule... so I wasted my money 🥲🥲

The hotel's location is very strategic, located in a residential area overlooking Lake Toba. You can ride jet skis in the morning, and live music at night. There is also a swimming pool, although it is a bit small, but the water is clean and regularly changed. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Overall, the room is very comfortable. You also get a free breakfast in the morning. The service is good. The parking lot in front of the hotel is a bit small, but there is parking nearby.

Highly recommended, the vibe is great, the hotel rooms are incredibly clean, keep it up. My only suggestion is that if possible, the bathroom equipment, like the shower, could be upgraded, it would be even better.

Check in at 24.00 its okay, friendly service, 2 swimming pools, direct view of Lake Toba, can stop the ferry from in front of the room. Amazing 👍

The parking area is not very large, the service is quite friendly, the rooms are clean, there is no menu variation, only fried rice with egg/coffee/tea is available.

Kolam renang tersedia dan yang ingin renang lebih menantang bisa langsung renang di Danau Toba. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan keselamatan tamu yang berenang di danau dan ketersediaan sarapan agar ke depan bisa menjadi best in class di kawasan Tuk Tuk.
