According to reviews, this hotel is great. I did complain about a smell in the room, but it was immediately addressed with a freshener. The service is good, with the staff friendly and responsive. However, the room amenities should be double-checked before check-in, as slippers are not provided. Otherwise, the food is delicious with freshly squeezed juices made from real fruit, and the room is clean and comfortable.

Have often stayed here always pleasant, fast check-in and check-out process, friendly staff. Can even check in faster if the room is available / leave your luggage if the room is not ready. Clean room with amenities, a kettle and tea / coffee sachets. Exit the hotel directly to the main road with night culinary across from it. Not far from Mega mall, City Hospital and local shopping places.

the room is clean, but if you stay in B2, if one person goes down, they can't go up again because they have to use a card to go to the upper floor

I have stayed here several times. The service is fast. The staff is friendly. Thank you, Sis Arni. The kids especially like swimming. There are swimming pool facilities. The breakfast is also varied. I won't regret staying at Sinar Sport again.
