i rarely write negative reviews, i stayed 4nights, no cleaning service, only take the trash from trash bin, no towel change for 3 days, they also didnt change the linen for 4days, musty smell comes from carpet n curtain, the location strategic near of mrt, clean bathroom

The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The roomkeeping was also very helpful and nice. It’s just an old building with old carpets, so you see stains in the carpet. However, there is no particular lingering smell and the bathroom and shower area is very clean!

I booked family rooms and it was cozy. The room was large and had a good ambiance. If you want to go to Chinatown, it is accessible by bus and near the shelter. I love it and thank you.

The hotel staff is okay, it's just a hassle if we can't access 1 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. We have to go back and forth waiting in the lobby and then go up again. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The room is quite good and comfortable, but the floor carpet is dirty and dusty. The hotel service is good, friendly, and helpful. The hotel location is close to restaurants and 7-Eleven. But unfortunately it seems scary because the road to the rooms is very dark, there is not enough lighting, minimal.

For a small hotel, it had all we needed. I have a family of five and the room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that we were close to everything and only 2 to 3 minutes by Grab to Ion shopping. I would gladly stay again.

Very awful hotel, I arrived at 23.30 pm, nobody standby in receptionist, I wait almost 30 min then the staff come out and he said only 1 person in charge when night. How can a hotel only use 1 person to serve all the guest in night shift? And then the room is very dirty. The carpet many dust and really feel not comfortable when you bring children to stay here. The only positive point is easy to find food when you walk around about 5 mins can get to tiong bahru market food center.
