The room was not very clean, the bed cover, sheets, and pillowcases were shabby and faded, the towels were torn, the bathroom door was stuck, the Wi-Fi was intermittent, the water gallon was empty, there was no water heater or coffee maker, it was dark, there was no elevator, and it was not worth the price/it was too expensive. But the AC was cold and shivering, and the bonus was the smoke from people burning trash in the morning and evening in the neighborhood... I'm sorry.

The room is dirty, the sheets smell

The hotel room is too small and there is no place to put things. And the hanging place is not ideal because it is placed in the corner above the table. The sheets look shabby and not white enough. The curtains look less clean with lots of stains. There are too few bathroom tissues. There needs to be a room phone so that if you ask for help it is easier without having to walk to the reception. The wifi is good and smooth, the food is quite tasty, but there is not enough variety and there are no fruits and vegetables.

I really like staying here, the receptionists are very busy, the breakfast is delicious, the room is clean, the AC is cold, and there is free drinking water too.

The right corner of the bed was so dirty that there were animals in it, the brown sheets looked like they hadn't been changed by the previous guest because there was hair under the blanket in the left corner, the wifi password on the key was wrong so we couldn't use it, that's not a big deal, but please pay attention to cleanliness, especially the bed.
