booking went to the receptionist, no one was there, told to take the room card next to the computer, 2 nights stayed in room 03, haunted, constantly disturbed, until my head was crushed by the loud cupboard door, the innkeeper took no responsibility and apologized, every night there was a whispering sound from the cupboard, the room was dirty, the sheets were not changed, the bathroom was dirty and there were lots of cobwebs upstairs, the room was small, the receptionist service was very impolite and had no ethics.

The bedroom was quite clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lacking in cleanliness, especially the walls and behind the door, and the bidet spray leaked. The reception area was always empty, so you had to call or WhatsApp the staff.

The bedroom is comfortable with air conditioning, the bathroom is clean, and hot and cold water is available and works well.

Overall, it's ok because it's cheap. But please fix the AC next time, because it's really hot.

The room is small but since you only need it to sleep and shower (and rest) it's fine. It's located at Setiabudi area which is very great. Near to the Transjakarta station and MRT station. Surrounding with food, laundry, etc. The staff are great. The room needs more cleaning. The internet is great.

No drinks. No soap, etc. It's just a strategic location near public transportation.
