The room is very spacious. For that price, you can get a room with two rooms, a bedroom, and a seating area.

In room 1015, the small water pipe from the toilet isn't working properly. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Please pay attention to things that might seem trivial. Packaged sugar, packaged coffee, packaged tea. Sometimes there's tea but no sugar, there's creamer, there's no coffee, sometimes there's only 4 packets of sugar and nothing else. The hotel's Wi-Fi is also very poor quality.

Checking in early in the morning after returning from Surabaya, it was still too far to go home. The staff informed us that our room had been upgraded to a suite. The male front desk staff member, I forgot his name, was very friendly, knowing this was our second time staying here. I was quite impressed with the staff's friendliness. Keep it up!

Feeling the room wasn't clean, I immediately requested a room change upon check-in. They made it incredibly difficult. I waited over an hour for the supervisor to inspect the room. I discovered the phone was also dead, making communication difficult. I still couldn't change the room, and the room was finally cleaned. I've never experienced anything this bureaucratic, even though the room was nice and affordable for the price. Please improve your service in the future.

Hi MG Setos ✨ I just finished my stay and overall I was very satisfied! The location is very strategic, close to the city center and culinary. The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The facilities are also complete, especially the swimming pool which is fun and has a great view. The staff service is also friendly and responsive, making the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is quite varied, although perhaps the variety of flavors could be improved a little.
