Ask for additional price at hotel, not according to application

I stayed for 2 nights, paid according to the application, but when I checked in, I was asked for another 107 thousand. Should have been informed beforehand. And I got a room without hot water.

reception ask extra money because they said traveloka rate lower than theirs. extra 45k and they give me standard room (we book deluxe room)

The AC is noisy, but everything else is okay.

The bathroom was dirty, crusty, the water from the tap was dirty (often black dirt came out of the tap) the linen should have been replaced, the white pillowcase had turned brown. Even though the location is strategic, only a few meters from Pekalongan station. Access to places to eat and mini markets is very easy. Plus there is a green park area in front of the room.

Don't check in here, the price is a joke, asking for an additional fee of 2x the booking price, there are lots of mosquitoes.

Already booked but suddenly not available. How is this management? Did the employee sell the room? Fire the employee concerned.

There are a lot of mosquitoes and they still ask you to pay cash, they say the one here hasn't been updated yet. Black water, dirty and bolted rooms. Just look for another one. The photos here don't match at all.
