We highly recommend Hotel Bulak Laut for those of you who want to vacation with family, partners, or friends. The place is very clean and comfortable, strategically located right in front of the beach. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The location is quite strategic. It's just a short walk to the west beach, but not to the swimming area. The room is very neat, clean, and comfortable. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by the fresh scent of aromatherapy. The bed is spacious enough for a double bed, so it can accommodate four people. The cottage-like atmosphere makes it perfect for a staycation. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's quite tasty. There's an extra breakfast charge for children over 11, which is very affordable, only 35,000 Rupiah.

The granulated sugar smells like goat 😔 The toilet smells, the hot water is limited, so when you want to shower at night, the water isn't hot, the sheets and pillowcases are dirty and smell like they haven't been changed, and parking is limited. Fast response service, friendly staff, delicious and varied food... keep up the good work in improving Bulak Laut 💪💪

It was a pleasant stay, especially considering the strategic location, very close to the beach. All the facilities were excellent.

The service is really good! Check in at the same time, there is a coffee break in the afternoon with sweet potatoes, haha, the breakfast is also delicious, very family friendly 🤩

Everything is pretty good, the staff is friendly, but the food lacks variety and taste in my opinion, the location is the best. Note: The swimming pool is very dirty, hopefully it will be improved further.

When I first entered the room I was surprised because there was a tower art, the room was quite comfortable, quite spacious with a sea view even though it was covered by shady trees, the location was right in front of the west coast. The staff were friendly " But unfortunately from the beginning of entering until going home the water heater did not function properly, aka not hot, staying here I immediately got a cold. 4 times taking a shower the water was cold, there was no heat, the engineer said the floor they were staying on was not full, only 2 rooms were occupied, why weren't they moved? Waiting until nightfall wasn't hot either. Want to confirm again, I'm already annoyed, I'm lazy to complain first because I stayed on Monday so it wasn't too crowded, it's just a shame there was no solution from the hotel, I complained in the afternoon asking to be checked in the evening when I came back the information from the phone had been checked and it was hot! When I arrived in the room, I deliberately turned on the tap, curious, they said I had to wait first, but after waiting, it turned out it wasn't hot, even though I waited with the steamer, it wasn't hot! During breakfast, the food was not very varied, breakfast was around 8 o'clock but most of the food was empty even though breakfast was said to be at 7 in the morning! The only thing I ate was the omelette, the rest was lacking! The location is right in front of the beach, the only plus point is that after leaving the hotel, I immediately looked for a pharmacy to buy flu medicine 🫣

God willing, next time I will stop by Bulak Laut again. Hopefully, it's not just the cars that are washed, but also the motorbike users who are staying overnight. Because they are also Bulak Laut customers.

The staff are friendly, the location is nice, close to the west beach, just a short walk across the road.

Beachfront location, the pool is not big but enough. Breakfast is okay, there is afternoon tea too. The food in the cafe is also worth it and the portions are big. Will come back again :)

Got takjil for breaking the fast, the breakfast menu has many choices, especially the taste is really good, the room is fragrant, spacious, the balcony area is good for hanging out and enjoying the sea view, the care on the 5th floor is also no less good, the swimming pool is also nice. Most worth it 🥰
