It's quite okay to stay at the Amaris Hotel, the customer service and security are friendly, the room is quite spacious, the AC is cold... only the water drainage in the bathroom is not good so the bathroom is muddy and slippery, the food is quite varied

stayed 1 night, the location is a bit far from Sukajadi and through the PVJ mall traffic jam, but around there are many food stalls, souvenirs, etc., the service is good and friendly, there is no smart TV, only 17 blurry channels, the parking lot is quite narrow, the food is varied but the taste is standard. overall satisfied staying here

The bed was also very comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of activities. The location of the hotel is very strategic, located in the city center and close to various important places such as stations, shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Public transportation access is also easy to reach from the hotel. The staff service is friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process is fast and efficient. The area around the hotel is also quite quiet, so your rest is not disturbed. Second time staying here, feel the difference: + all staff are friendly, without exception & full of smiles (first time staying less notice about this, only a few staff are friendly) + smart tv has netflix, disneyhotstar, vidio, etc. (because it rained all day so couldn't go anywhere) - amenities are lacking (in the room only 1 toothbrush & 1 sandal is provided even though I stayed with two people. The first time staying we got 2 each for toothbrush & sandals) Overall it's been OK since the first time staying. Thanks team Amaris Setiabudhi BDG

Suitable for a vacation with your beloved family, access is quite close to wherever you want to go.

The first time I went to the Amaris Setiabudi hotel, it was really impressive. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The service was very good. The room was always cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. The hotel was always neat when we went back. Thank you Amaris Hotel. Next time I go to Bandung, I will come back to Amaris. The location is very strategic. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

Plus points: 1. Food, the food is delicious, lots of variety, 2. Cleanliness of the hotel to the room, 3. Very friendly staff especially the receptionist, 4. The location of the hotel is next to Borma (a convenience store), and food and snack outlets, 5. There is routine morning cleaning, the room is cleaned every morning when we leave the hotel. Minus points: 1. Leaking AC, dripping freon, if left it will be like a flood, 2. The bathroom area is not soundproof, so if the guest next door uses the bathroom facilities it will be noisy until it feels like they are in our bathroom, 3. For a room location near the emergency stairs like me, it is noisy, either the staff or guests who are chatting and laughing with walkie-talkies, but it can be heard in the room, it is a bit disturbing, I stayed in room 515. 4. There are still spots or several spots of stains on the spray. Conclusion: Still good for a long stay, but hopefully the minus points can be fixed, thank you.

suitable and right for family outings, strategic access

The location is very close to culinary hits in Bandung such as tiramisusu, cheesecuit, warung setiabudi, sate maranggi etc. Champion for location, not confused about finding food. Breakfast is a bit lacking. Seblak, cuanki, main dishes all tend to be salty (to my family's tongue). It also takes a long time to refill cutlery. Many people wait for glasses but it takes a long time to be refilled.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Sangat recommended. Is the best.
