Check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was quite clean, although the furnishings did look a bit worn, but it was still usable. A suggestion would be to pay attention to the toilet's scent. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly and patient.

The room is clean and comfortable, but finding food is a bit difficult.

The location is strategic, close to everything, and the room is quite spacious. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washing machine. Cooking utensils are also complete, except the pan is starting to turn black from being burnt. As for noise, the room is not very soundproof. The noise next door is clearly audible.

The staff was good, even at peak check-in time (3 pm). I also got the requested preference of the room. Easy to buy drinking water too, as there is a convenience store in the building. I can also wash clothes as there is a washing machine available. Always stay here when I go to Gleneagles Hospital, as it's only next to it. Thank you for the overall good service.

I think they need to re-educate most of their reception staff to be more friendly and warm to incoming and checking out guests. Watch out for your tensed, cold gestures and intonation when speaking to guests; this is a must in the hospitality business, especially in Asian cultures. One incident: when we asked about a malfunctioning electric kettle, one staff member didn't have a replacement (this is normally happening, not a big deal for us), but the way he spoke and stood up with akimbo arms and his tone created situational discomfort for us.

The staffs are very friendly and the location is great, especially for those taking medication in the hospital beside the building.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, pantry, complete kitchen equipment... Only the balcony is narrow and there is no drying area.

The self-check-in process was easy. Of the three staff members, only one was truly friendly, smiling, and polite; the other two were cold, especially the male. The room was nice, with everything fully equipped, except for the problematic kettle, which sometimes turned on and off.

For the location and price, it's excellent. Service is limited to the lobby. You have to take your own trash bags and tissues downstairs, and you can't throw your own trash in the hallway. Stayed for 3 nights, but no staff cleaned the room or changed towels. Perhaps Marlene's room service could be improved in the future.

There's always a problem when staying here, this time I couldn't access the Wi-Fi 😭 and the shower couldn't be set to hot or cold, but that's just the price.

The location is very strategic, close to the hospital, anywhere you want to go is close, ordering Grab is very easy.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, it was hot, and I had trouble sleeping, but otherwise it was fine. There was only a little soap left for four people staying there for three nights.

The access is very good, close to the destination hospital, there is a nearby pharmacy, and many places to eat around, the room condition is also clean and spacious, suitable for families.

The kitchen exhaust didn't work, so cooking caused a lot of smoke, making it difficult to breathe. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and I called the staff, but it kept disappearing and then reappearing. There were no charging sockets in the room. We had to deposit RM200, but the facilities were poor. It's definitely not a good choice for a family stay.
