The bathroom mirror is stained, honestly when you enter it does not feel like a well-maintained inn. The corners of the floor are dusty, so you wonder if a room like this is worthy of being given to customers, I want to complain too much. The sink water is very small :(

The room size doesn't match the description in the app. The bathroom is slippery and smelly. The sink faucet is broken, the AC isn't cold, the room isn't soundproof, and worse, there's no housekeeping to clean it. This place is only good for a few hours of transit for those who want to rest. I don't recommend staying for a day, given the extremely dirty cleanliness conditions. 👎

The room and bathroom were not clean, the paint was dirty, and it still smelled.

The room smelled like toilet paper, no soap, no tissues, no trash can. It was a real disappointment.

The TV was broken and couldn't be used. The room smelled bad when I entered, and the bathroom was full of insects like flies in the morning.

The shower was not very good. The water flowed unevenly because the shower head was clogged. The bathroom water smelled a bit. The soap dispenser was EMPTY, and I asked for it to be filled but it wasn't. Toothbrushes and Wi-Fi had to be requested before they were given. The elevator also needed repairs.

I canceled my planned 6-night business trip, staying in two rooms, after the first night because I was itching. After checking, I found the mattress was infested with bed bugs. There was no apology, and I felt guilty from the hotel or booking agent. So I'm uploading actual reviews from the hotel and booking agent service, hoping for some change.

The location is strategic. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel.

Got room 510 Family Room, couldn't sleep because it was so noisy, no soundproofing at all, facing the rooftop cafe ODOS, students hanging out laughing until morning could be heard in the room, the outdoor AC was also very loud. The location is strategic, close to campus, lots of food around, limited motorbike parking, close to the pharmacy.

Worth for money, if it's just for bathing and sleeping it's not a problem, yesterday the room key was problematic, even using a metal key, the smell of the toilet penetrated the room so it smelled really bad, towels and soap dispensers are available, other toiletries bring your own, hot water for bathing is safe, no electric kettle, TV don't know how to turn it on burez, but it's not necessary because it's always out, maybe there's no make up room service, stayed 2 nights, 2 mineral waters were prepared in the room during the stay.
