I spent around SGD40,000 for 3 apartments for 3 weeks stay. 1 week with voucher from app, and two weeks paid directly to the hotel.
This is what I got:
- All the receptionists were very bad in hospitality.
- I got an apartment which smelled very bad. The carpet inside my room, especially beside my bed, smelled like a dirty toilet. I had to wait 5 days to be moved from there... after a lot of complaints. The response from the receptionist was talk only, and it seemed like they did not care about our problems.
- My family members lost his money inside his bag when we left the hotel, and we are still waiting for an answer from the manager until now. No apology or regret was shown by them.
