Ordered 2 single beds. I was given 2 beds with the excuse that Traveloka issued 1 bed. What's the point of having a choice of beds if they don't meet your requirements? I've had this happen 3 times, all at the Dafam Hotel in Pekanbaru.

Wi-Fi... can't be used, it keeps disconnecting, the person guarding the door is also not very friendly with guests, the receptionist doesn't even smile, they don't care.

The first impression was not good, the receptionist was not friendly, even when getting out of the car, the security was indifferent, not even a smile, at least a smile. From the moment I got out of the car in the lobby until the receptionist, no one smiled, and every time I booked a room on the app, I always filled in a request for a smoking room, but the receptionist said it was an application error so I was told to complain to the app not to go to the hotel. Moreover, the receptionist, an old woman, was not friendly, especially when tired after work, encountering hotel service like this, it was annoying. I am used to booking hotels through the app but always get a smoking room with a single bed and the receptionist is very friendly, this is the first time I have been on assignment out of town to receive bad service like this from the receptionist.

The cleanliness is excellent, the room smells good, and the bathroom is also clean. The location is strategic, close to the food court at night. There was only a slight disappointment with the room attendant. I initially stayed for two nights because I was still exhausted and needed more rest. Finally, at 11 am, I decided to inform customer service that I wanted a late check-out until 6 pm. At 3 pm, while I was resting, the room attendant entered my room without ringing the bell or knocking first. Perhaps there was a miscommunication between the FO and the room attendant. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. But overall, the hotel is recommended in terms of location and cleanliness, making it comfortable.
