The room I was given did not match what I ordered, I asked for a replacement, it couldn't be worse... with the first name Grand, the Complaint Handling service should have been good, but it was terrible.

Quite good with hotel staff service and areas that make things easy and provide comfort.

Unpleasant receptionist

I stayed at the Grand Hawaii Hotel expecting a comfortable experience, but there were several things I felt needed to improve: Service – The service provided was quite average, with nothing that made the stay memorable. Breakfast – The breakfast menu was also fairly standard, without any variety or outstanding flavors. Room Amenities – Simple items like tea, coffee, and sugar were not provided in the room, which are usually standard hotel amenities and are available upon request. Employee Ethics – Some employees displayed unprofessional behavior, especially during breakfast time. They took large portions of the same food provided for guests and ate in the guest area. Is this really the norm? Should there be a dedicated dining area for employees? Hot Water – There was no water heater in the room. Overall, I felt that my stay at the Grand Hawaii Hotel still needed improvement, especially in terms of service, employee professionalism, and more complete basic amenities. Thank you.

The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, we will stay here again when we go to Pekanbaru.

Comfortable hotel, friendly hotel staff.

1. The room size I received didn't match the one listed on the app. 2. The toilet faucet leaked, wetting the floor and potentially causing an accident in the bathroom. 3. The hot water was barely noticeable.

The sandals provided were used sandals, the towels were dirty, the promised water was delivered to the room but it didn't arrive until check out, the gym room couldn't be accessed, very disappointed

AC not cold, water is low, slippers are not allowed in the room, twin bed is too small, check in is slow, check out is slow, TV is not clean, room balcony is dirty,

The hotel is right in the center, close to business destinations. The hotel is strategically located, thank you. The price is quite high, but it's okay.
