The first impression was not good, the receptionist was not friendly, even when getting out of the car, the security was indifferent, not even a smile, at least a smile. From the moment I got out of the car in the lobby until the receptionist, no one smiled, and every time I booked a room on the app, I always filled in a request for a smoking room, but the receptionist said it was an application error so I was told to complain to the app not to go to the hotel. Moreover, the receptionist, an old woman, was not friendly, especially when tired after work, encountering hotel service like this, it was annoying. I am used to booking hotels through the app but always get a smoking room with a single bed and the receptionist is very friendly, this is the first time I have been on assignment out of town to receive bad service like this from the receptionist.
