I have ordered according to the data in the Traveloka application, 2 adults and 1 17 year old child in one room, the staff said it was not allowed. The room was okay, but the toilet was very dirty. It seemed like it had never been cleaned.

No towels provided for bathing.

The yellow towel is also damaged, not suitable for use, the TV won't turn on, the wifi won't connect. The atmosphere is a bit depressing. It's not worth it for that price to get less comfortable facilities. I chose this because the location is close to my event location

When we woke up early in the morning for morning prayers and showering, the water in the room was completely turned off. This of course makes us troublesome. After reporting to the staff on duty, we were asked to move rooms. Unfortunately, the replacement room wasn't much better either. There was very little running water, barely enough for a shower, plus the AC in the room was off so the room became hot and uncomfortable.

First, get a room with lots of small animals on the bed and ask to replace it, the room is not bad, it's cold.
