Highly recommended. Breakfast is excellent. Recommended for long stays. Very complete. SPA for those who are tired. Clean pool. Gym for those who like to exercise. Live music every night. The cafe is also very nice. The restaurant is great, there's a billiards area.

The wifi was entered into the room and the pass could not connect, the towel was already a bit black (shabby) and the edges were torn.

The hotel staff was friendly. Unfortunately, some of the tiles in the children's pool were broken, and my child's foot was injured by a piece of broken tile.

It's a comfortable stay here, with a swimming pool. I can soak my body at my age, so I feel refreshed after breakfast.

The Happiness Lagoon room was very small... There was no drinking water, coffee or tea, or a water heater...not even a foot towel... There was no toothbrush or toothpaste...there were only towels and soap...that's all...hahaha..

Never get bored and regret staying here

The hotel staff are like idiots. I stayed using my ID card and bought it myself from Traveloka using my account. When I checked out, they said my signature didn't match. Oh my gosh, they probably had breakfast. There's CCTV. When I checked in, they asked me, "Do you guys have no money?" They said that on purpose because they wanted to take my money. What they meant was that they wanted to ask for my deposit. My child's milk money is more important than giving it to you. Besides, I paid 500 thousand rupiah for the night and I didn't eat breakfast. It's already very expensive. You guys should be educated abroad first. Don't treat customers like that.
