This was the most unpleasant experience staying at the MaxOne Kramat hotel. The room I stayed in was full of small cockroaches, the hotel had sprayed it, but these insects were still there, not only in the toilet but also on the bed. In addition, the toilet was rather dirty and the towels and mats were torn. The wifi was also unstable. For breakfast, in my opinion, there was 1 morning whose menu was disappointing, there was no animal protein menu at all. The advantage of this hotel is only because of its location which is close to our activity venue.

in the first room there was black mold on the wall, and asked to change rooms. after changing it was better but unfortunately the bathroom was not well maintained, it can be seen from the main shower that cannot be used because the button is broken so only a small shower can be used.

Now the hotel's cleanliness is lacking, there are lots of cockroaches in the room, in the bathroom behind the sink glass there is a cockroach trap, it's really disgusting, the air conditioning is not cold.

the price is cheap room only on traveloka 300s The AC is not cold, I have informed the FO but it is still the same then in the room there is a really big rat walking from the glass to the top of the AC on the 8th floor, the room number is 815 if I'm not mistaken, I forgot

Clean, comfortable, spacious and strategic location to everywhere. The interior is also quite interesting. We didn't take the breakfast menu, but it was easy to just order GoFood and it was delivered directly to the room. Happy.
