Small water, for shower, but there is a water heater.

Friendly and good service, really a regular customer

The room matches the photo in the application, the place is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, you get mineral water, the hot water works but if you use it repeatedly you have to wait a while, the TV works, the toilet is clean, the wifi is okay, the location is too deep into the residential area so it is difficult to access. The standard parking area is not too large. Not very soundproof. Overall recommended for that price 👍🏻

Even though it is 11km from Merak Harbor, it's okay, it's ok for a place to rest on a holiday trip to Jakarta - Palembang, the rooms are nice, the AC is cold, the bed is clean, the bathroom is clean, close to the market and mall.

The room facilities are good, clean and tidy. Just not according to order. I ordered a twin but instead I was given a single bed. The reason is that it was sold out before I ordered it. If that's the case, Traveloka shouldn't provide a twin bed option if it's already sold out at that location.
