I'm disappointed that the towels weren't provided. I checked in from 2pm and was told at 4pm that I still hadn't been told. I had to go to the receptionist.

It was great having a staycation here @ the Acacia Hotel, always want to go back again.

Thank you, the Acacia Hotel by the Sea, I really like the hotel, even though the room is a bit cramped, but it is still decent with cold AC, a working TV, etc. I hope you will always be successful in the future and always carry out gradual renovations, okay? 🫰💕

The room is spacious and clean, all the staff are friendly from check in to check out. But sorry, the room facilities are lacking, there are no chairs and headboards even though I stayed in a Duluxe room type.

Not worth the price. Even cannot provide a table, the refrigerator is the table. The Ari condition was not cooling at all, when asked the maintenance he said he will check and thereby just disappeared. The doors are old and one has to make full efforts to close them. Totally it’s poor maintenance.

When checking in it took a bit longer because it turned out that there were only a few staff :'( while I brought a small child who wanted to rest after a long trip. But the front office staff was quite agile in helping to clean up the room so that we could check in immediately. We were also given free fruit delivered to the room. Thank you, Mba Alya, the receptionist and the fnb staff, I forgot her name.. they were very helpful during our stay. Because at that time there was a large family group. So it was quite crowded, we had trouble getting breakfast. But finally the fnb lady who was on duty for breakfast helped us to our suite on the day I stayed. Will be back soon if I go to Anyer again :)

for a place that is easy to reach.. the parking lot is quite close to the room, the room is spacious, the only thing that is unfortunate is the breakfast menu which lacks variety and in my opinion the taste is lacking..

can relax by the pool 🏊🏊 behind the hotel is the beach the staff are friendly, good job. Anyway, it's really recommended this hotel 🏨 really makes you want to stay here

for the place like, we got room no. 22 the room was really bad, the ceiling had lots of leaking spots, the bed frame was also worn out, the curtains were moldy, the TV was broken with lines and the picture was blurry and it was no longer suitable for use, the bedroom table lamp was badly damaged, the bathroom floor was slippery, the shower was broken, the bathroom curtain was really bad, it looked dirty... the front wall of the room was also dirty near the pots so you could see lots of small animal droppings... for the location and atmosphere of the hotel it was really good, you could also go to the beach, the swimming pool was clean

It could be better, such as the service in the restaurant during breakfast, the readiness of the rooms, but because of the Eid holiday, there may also be a shortage of staff.

the room is comfortable, the beach is sloping, the swimming pool is suitable for toddlers to play, please improve the variety and taste of the breakfast.. to make the holiday experience at Acacia Anyer more perfect

thanks acacia for accepting my pet, overall I like it and will come back if there is a trip to anyer, super friendly staff, delicious restaurant food, so far the room is enough for us, I took the executive type, cold air conditioning, spacious room there is a living room, toilet, bedroom and balcony with ocean view, need improvement in furniture, good bed set, smart tv, sanitary needs improvement, for outdoor swimming pool is quite big so kids are separated from adults, nice sorrounding, the sound of waves and chirping birds can be heard clearly, direct access to the beach, restaurant needs improvement but the food is delicious, satisfied staying here, thanks acacia and traveloka

The hotel staff are all okay, kind, the villa and the room that the family booked were also very comfortable. There was a problem but it was immediately responded to well by the hotel. Overall, it's top notch, don't hesitate to stay here.

For the price during the long weekend, it's cool to get the facilities, where there's an Indomaret in front of it.

The location close to river, so the beach was quite dirty. Wifi was good, but they were lack of staff. The room was quite big and well maintained.

That's the umpteenth time. Looks like getting old but never mind, it always pays off with a sloping beach so it's kid friendly. There's enough food. Two thumbs up for the friendliness of the bros and sis there. Keep up the good work, the acacia.

For a price of almost 800 thousand, I got a 1 night stay on 7-26-2024 with room number 010 above. Disadvantages. - The AC is not cold. - The mattress is thin and starting to harden. - The curtains are shabby and the curtain ties are broken. Maybe it's better to eat warteg style, with a delicious menu and taste. - dirty toilet. - wobbling sink faucet. - average hot water. Advantages. + friendly staff. + there is a swimming pool. + lots of choices of TV shows. + access to the beach behind the hotel. + in front of the hotel there is a minimarket, food stalls and grocery stalls. Very different from the services of the Acacia hotel in Jakarta. In Anyer, with little competition, the service is very modest. With services like this implemented in Jakarta, it's finished.

The staff is very friendly, the place is also clean.
