the bedroom is not spacious even though I chose a spacious room, there are many small worms in the bathroom even though I have flushed it several times when I checked in it was raining and I entered without wearing sandals for the CS was a bit rude maybe he was surprised to see me enter the hotel with wet clothes and not wearing sandals when checking out it was also a bit long even though I just gave my ID card but had to wait a few minutes and at that time there was a problem with the food machine I mean I don't have to be the CS who intervened while at that time there was security why did the CS have to handle it too. The hotel is not well maintained, there is a lot of dirt and cigarette butts in the lobby area. The access card error makes the check-in process difficult. Have to go up and down the stairs then it turns out the information from the staff is an error card.

The room is messy, dirty, the mattress, sheets, pillows are not worth it.
