The hotel staff is friendly, the toilet is not very clean, there is still a smell, please fix it again. Other than that, it's okay, according to the price

Good hotel in Deltamas Cikarang area, spacious and comfortable rooms. Check-in and check-out times are appropriate and not rushed. Only the security guard looks like he's always nosy. 😅

Overall the hotel was very good. We stayed at the room of the standard apartment, it was comfortable and we were very delighted. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. And the last thing, the food for breakfast was varied, including japanese style dishes.

good affordable hotel at Deltamas area

Friendly staff, large and clean rooms, lots of TV channels, easy to find food around the hotel, complete and varied breakfast menu

all ok. only the swimming pool is separated from the hotel building so you have to walk out of the hotel building. for the changing area around the pool is dirty so it makes you lazy to swim. even though if we stay at the hotel one of the attractions is the swimming pool.

wifi is not fast, if you can add wifi it will be faster

Quite disappointed, I ordered a non-smoking room with my wife and child, but because it was full, I was given a smoking room, they said the room had been cleaned, but it still smelled of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts, the swimming pool was clean, the breakfast was quite delicious, the staff were friendly and pleasant, thank you.
