I enjoyed my stay in PinkCoco. The staffs were friendly, I was welcomed with warmth and friendliness. The staffs were so attentive and accommodative to my needs during my stay. They prepared my bed for beauty sleep which I never had one from other hotels. Thank you PinkCoco.

It is my second time to stay here, nothing less than perfect experience. I don't need to stay anywhere else if I go back to Gili Trawangan. New experience I can feel is the view from breakfast area was stunning, so peaceful.

Extraordinary. Everything is okay. Don't forget to book a place to enjoy the sunset at check-in. There are cool bicycle rental facilities. The food is really wow, worth it for the price. The top room air conditioner is cold. The bathroom is clean and fragrant. The service is excellence. The swimming pool is clean because the water circulation is smooth. Highly recommended.

Very happy to find this unique and beautiful Hotel, it really feels healing, staycation on Gili is mandatory to stay here, the swimming pool water is warm, even though it rains it won't catch a cold, the rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is sexy, funny, the towels have a calming smell, the facilities are really good, just to go to Gili, you have to come here again.

So happy stay here, I was stay 1 night but I want stay here again and again. Excellent service and clean, gorgeous rooms.

Service cukup baik dan friendly, breakfast pilih menu namun rasanya cukup enak. Kamar bersih dan resort instagramable. Cakep untuk foto-foto ya. Namun resto depan hotel masih tutup karena pandemi, semoga lekas bisa buka kembali.

very comfy and the hospitality is awesome

the location is quite far from the Gili Trawangan port, you have to take Cidomo first. the reception staff is foreign but he can speak a little bit of language. the place is nice with a pink hotel concept. can welcoming drink lemon tea and aromatic wet towel. the rooms are clean comfortable and really smell good. the restaurant is closed due to the pandemic but the staff is kind to have dinner because at night the road to the port is completely dark. incomplete amenities there is no dental kit. the tv has no channel at all. rent a pink bike free. too bad to come here when there is a renovation in front of the hotel so it is not comfortable if you want to enjoy the beach

I’m very satisfied with my staying here. They cleaned up the room twice a day, and add some aromatherapy perfume at night. The place was always clean and smells great. The amenities are complete. I love the pool so much!! Also the ambience in this place is on another level. A great place to chill and relax your mind. I recommend this one

One word to describe our stay is awesome! Pinkcoco did great to gave the best experience for guests. We booked 3 rooms for a night here and have amazing stay. We're arrive at gili trawangan at 9 a.m and go snorkeling right away, so we ask if we can put the luggages to the hotel first, instead of put our luggages in the concierge they allowed us to early check in. When we entered the room it was just so clean, fragrant, and aesthetic. The pool is good tho, nice water temperature for relaxing. Not too cold so you can swim at night. We also got free bikes to buy some foods or strolling around. Basically you can always ask what you need to the staff and they will working for it. The sunset cafe open at 5 p.m beers and fries was perfect. Plus point from me is this hotel quite far from crowd at the harbour so yeah feel so private. By the way pinkcoco has the best rate compared to other hotels with similar concept + traveloka epic sale discount. Definitely will come back here to spend two night instead of one.

Thematic hotel, pink! super nice, comfortable and clean. We got a room upgrade from Cocoon type to Grande type. Rooms right in front of the pool. The staff is amazingly helpful and full service, the breakfast is super nice; fruit plate, main course and toast. free bicycle rental. Beachside location with the best spot for sunset about 10 minutes from the pier. will comeback for sure! super nice!

The hotel is good, but the AC is not cold, overall like it just because it's located on the beach, the AC should be adjusted too, so it's cooler.

High expectations for this hotel, but a big zero, a total payment of 1 million can not get breakfast, Want to use a bicycle to pay again just once to stay here.

The service was so detail even they clean your room twice a day! Love the aroma therapy oil every nights!
