First came the check in check out process was safe, but the room atmosphere and facilities were inadequate. The bed was hard and the springs were already protruding. Well what do you expect with a price of 200 thousand.

There was a feeling of disappointment when entering the room with * a price of 435 to not getting facilities like other hotels with the same price, * no hot water kettle, tea/coffee, the bed is not a standard single bed size (only 100), the bathroom faucet does not work, no slippers and shampoo.

Check in came at 3 pm, no one was on duty at the reception, there was only a man who was renovating. Told to wait on the sofa, it turned out that there were already several men there who were also asked to wait to check in, it seemed they had been waiting for quite a long time because they were heard grumbling (😅). After 15 minutes of waiting, the receptionist finally appeared. Luckily, just asking who's name was and then being taken to the room. Got breakfast but the menu was very minimal, only white rice, fried chicken (but hard 🤭) tempeh, eggs, vegetable soup and bread + jam. The room lights were very minimal, there was only 1 lamp, and even that had a small power because the room was very dim. Towels + bar soap + toothpaste (no shampoo) were provided. The bathroom, the floor was quite clean but the back of the bathroom door was dirty. Then when checking out, the key was only accepted by the man who was renovating 🤷 ‍ ♀.

Suitable for sales on business trips or group activities that focus on low budgets and without considering facilities.

The room was very dirty and dusty, the bathroom was slippery, the ceiling was leaking, there was no hot water, the bathroom door handle was broken, damp, it was a sharia hotel but like a hotel it was dimly lit, the towels looked like they hadn't been laundered, the breakfast food wasn't delicious.

Clean, comfortable, sharia hotel, every time my husband is on duty in Serang city, I always stay in room 208.

Tidak profesional sepertinya tamu tidak penting.

The service is lacking, not responsive, the rooms on the upper floors are dirty and smell musty, the food is not tasty.

Hotelnya nyaman, tapi mungkin kebersihannya lebih ditingkatkan lagi, AC nya kurang dingin dan kamar mandi agak kotor.

Pas awal masuk kamar banyak nyamuk, siaran tv cuma satu Indosiar, ga ada teko listrik. Untuk kamar overall nyaman dan bersih, cuma wc nya ketika mau siram air harus ada jeda dulu, kalau ngga dia malah ga fungsi gitu, enaknya ada water heater untuk mandi, dikasih air mineral 2 botol, handuk 2, pasta gigi dan sikat gigi 2 serta sabun mandi 2. Ga nyobain sarapannya karena chekout pagi-pagi banget ngejar waktu mau ke akad nikah adek. Overall oke, cuma ada beberapa minus yang saya sebutkan di awal paragraf.

Di closet ada klabang cukup besar. Kamar mandi kurang bersih.

Pelayanannya ramah, tempatnya nyaman.

The AC is not cold enough. The food menu when staying for 2 days is always the same boring.

Given a room near a dirty warehouse, the price is 300+, it's not worth it.

Quite comfortable and close to everywhere.

For rooms it's okay, but for food it's not okay.

The wifi signal can't come in, the TV won't turn on for signal reasons, don't expect more for the facilities, it's good enough to rest.

Comfortable, only during the renovation phase, close to the center of Serang city, just recently went to Serang city, with my husband again there is a work project. The hotel recommends that the device come again. 👍🙏.
