Superior, the newest room in this hotel has a very comfortable atmosphere.

The rooms are nice, clean, and tidy, and the staff are all friendly. The location is beautiful, close to the goat satay culinary spot next to Alfamart, which is a favorite. I've stayed here twice, but check-in was a bit of a wait, even though I've stayed at this hotel before. The data should be readily available. Check-out is fast. Improve the service, especially if there's a dedicated car wash.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional. From the room to the staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The Room Was Beautiful and So Clean! I was very impressed with the condition of my room. The interior design was modern and very comfortable, making me feel at home for a long time. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. There was not a single speck of dust or stains, and the sheets and towels felt clean and smelled fresh. The in-room amenities were also complete and functional. The mattress was soft, the pillows comfortable, and the lighting well-adjusted, creating a perfect relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Friendly and Helpful Staff Besides the pleasant room, the hotel staff are truly commendable. From check-in to check-out, they were always prompt and very helpful. When I had questions or needed assistance, they responded quickly and always with a smile. Their friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest. They not only performed their duties but also seemed genuinely interested in ensuring the comfort of each guest. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Satria to anyone looking for accommodation with beautiful, clean rooms and excellent staff. I'll definitely be back on my next visit!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, steady hot water flowing.

Initially booked a standard room, thank God I got a free upgrade to a superior room. Great facilities, affordable price. Big smart TV, great for watching. Comfortable and clean.. There's a water heater too. Overall, it's totally worth it. Plus, it's close to Grage Mall ✨️

Strategic location. But the bed is not comfortable, it makes a little noise when moving and there are quite a lot of mosquitoes so your night's sleep is quite disturbed. Cleanliness of the room and toilet is OK

It's good for a 1/2 day rest if it's too late at night.
