Staff is not friendly because of online booking, they scolded!

During my second booking, when I checked out, the officer scolded me and said, don't order next time, the system has an error and won't accept any more!

the staff is very friendly and ensure our comfort during our stay. the location is also easily accessible. and this accommodation is very suitable for families.

There was no TV in the room. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, I felt itchy especially on the inside of the blanket 😔 The AC was not cold enough.

Saya sangat menikmati menginap di hotel ini. Mbak Novi baik, helpful banget, suasana-nya nyaman, ada dapur bersih, free coffee, teh, dan lainnya. Jadi, kita bisa buat makanan juga, dapur-nya lengkap, ada kompor, kulkas, sendok, garpu, piring, mangkok, dan lainnya. Tempat makan-nya juga aesthetic, kalau ke Bali pasti ke sini lagi. Apalagi dapat harga 67rb di app epicsale type kamar double bed yang luas, ah puass sekali.

The rooms are very clean, all facilities such as air conditioning and hot water function properly, the location is also very easy to find, close to all shopping places, markets and minimarkets. Not too far from the main road but not noisy. The check-in process was very fast and you were allowed to use the room right away even though you arrived 1.5 hours earlier than check-in time. Mb Novi was very friendly and very helpful at check-in. A shared kitchen is provided outside so you can make coffee, tea or just heat food. There is no TV in the single room because I don't like watching either, but for those who like to watch, maybe you can bring your own laptop. There is a parking lot for motorcycles and cars so it's safe. Towels and clothesline are provided, no brushes and soap. The price is very affordable with cleanliness and complete facilities. Highly recommended, next time I will definitely stay here again if I go to Nusa Dua. 😊
