The hotel staff at check-in were not friendly, the wet towels in the room where the previous person had stayed had not been tidied up either.

The room is comfortable, and the location is close to schools and hospitals, the location is strategic.

The hotel is quite good for the price, but perhaps the friendliness of the staff could be better.

From the beginning when I came to check in, how come the staff asked me this "yes, why sis? I want to check in, not just eat. Then when I got to the room, the mattress and pillows were dirty, the TV had no channels, and they said the wifi was only in the lobby. Then I asked if there were any rooms with TVs on, then they answered while playing Mobile Legends "full sis" Then was there no mineral water provided at all? It's true that this inn has a school (for learning) but try to show your professionalism so that it can be even bigger.

The condition of the accommodation is not well maintained and many of the facilities are damaged.

Hopefully the service will be improved. The friendliness of the staff will be improved again. Also check the availability of water. So that it looks like the water is running out.

Sorry in advance, I just want to share my experience, it was so sad staying here that my husband and I didn't take a shower because the cleanliness of the bedroom + bathroom was very bad, even though we paid a lot but got bad facilities, there were still other people's clothes in the closet, the TV didn't turn on either and there were other people's skincare leftovers and trash in the bathroom, it was so sad I swear 🥹. This is the first time I've stayed in a room that really ruined my mood. That's enough, thank you.

The accommodation was awful. It turned out the employees were school interns.

Even though this is my second stay, the second time I was really disappointed, even though I booked and paid immediately, on the day of the event the app called that the room I booked was full, and I was offered to move to Reedorz which is far from Jati, because I really needed it and was too lazy to look for another one, finally I said yes, and I got a room that was really beyond my expectations, not according to what I should have gotten when I booked here, the cleanliness is good, but there are lots of mosquitoes, the usual war.

First, it doesn't match the application because the receptionist asked for additional costs, the sheets and pillowcases were dirty with lots of stains. The bathroom is also not very clean. The view if you get a room on the floor. 1 outside the window is full of garbage. JK is noisy during the day because it is near the school. But at night it is too quiet, even on the streets around it, I'm afraid to go out the gate. But JK stayed for more than 3 days, including a cheap place.

The facilities are decent, but the manager needs supervision because the room is not very clean, the TV doesn't work.

Guests who book rooms from the app are not entitled to drinking water in the room. They do not provide mineral water for purchase. It's difficult to find a shop/minimarket at night. The water in the sink does not flow.

There is an additional fee when checking in. In the room the water suddenly turned off.

The price in the application did not match what the hotel staff said, so I added a fee outside of the application price. Towels are no longer good to use.
