The bathroom door handle was broken, you couldn't charge the phone in the room, and there were an incredible number of mosquitoes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly and nice. The room is clean and comfortable.

Kemarin pay at hotel harus pake cash jadi ya lumayan karena ga nyiapin cash jadi harus nyari tarik tunai dulu, habis itu kita minta switch kamar karena lembab dan ga enak, terus di pindahin ke kamar lain, belum di beresin sama air panasnya rusak, kita nunggu housekeeping nya buat beresin tapi ada sejaman ga diberesin alhasil kita beres beres sendiri tuh kamar, terus bocor air masuk ke dalam kamar hampir banjir, malamnya airnya ga keluar. Ketus banget lagi yang jaga, ntah Karena kemarin bapaknya jaga sendiri aku pun tak paham, semoga ke depannya bisa memperbaiki lagi Dari properti dan pelayanannya, pas regist check in ga ada pas check out pun ga ada regist sama sekali. Entahlah baru pertama kali kayak gini.

Dirty, the bathroom was also covered in mold, the room had lots of cobwebs, the room was dusty, asked for 2 single beds, instead they were given a large one. People were having guests, just chatting, still in the afternoon they were knocked knocking, as if asking for more mattresses, not polite. Not worth it for that price, sorry 🙏.

We came already at midnight. The receptionist said our order had not been recorded (we bought via the application). Even though the application was successful and the hotel voucher appeared. Finally, waiting for a while, 2 rooms were prepared because there were 4 of us. We chose this guesthouse, which is located close to the building where the family's wedding reception was located. The room is not too big, it needs a lot of renovation. From the mattress, the springs were weak, the bathroom shower was broken because the shower faucet was just right when it was opened, all the hot water came out. Finally took a shower using a small bucket filled with water from another faucet. There is no mat in the room so if you come from the bathroom it's muddy everywhere. Only 2 empty glasses are provided and if there is water workers there is a dispenser outside the room (public living room outside the room). The AC had turned off because it turned out that the battery was running out. Yes, don't expect a lot of facilities at that price. Thank You. Hopefully this input will be material for service improvement in the future.

When you first arrived and during the check-in process at the hotel reception, the reception was not friendly and the receptionist staff were old gentlemen. The TV is complicated to turn on and the tv remote is broken. Mineral water is not provided in the room. Hot water doesn't work when showering.

Alhamdulillah one of the hotels in Bandung that prioritizes cleanliness. Very friendly service.

Thank God the rooms are clean according to my expectations, because I really like accommodations with clean rooms. Recommended for staying in Bandung .

Saya seneng menginap di sini kamar bersih dan wangi. Pelayanannya ramah, dan ternyata dekat dengan restoran yang serang hitz masa kini yaitu Subway jadi makin betah tinggal di sini. Sangat recommended, next kalo ke Bandung pasti ke sini lagi.

At around 19.30 I and my 2 children arrived at the location, the field officer told me that the inn was full without asking if I had made a reservation beforehand. After I explained that we had made an order and payment in the application, instead I got an answer that the payment went into the application not to the inn and I was still prevented from entering the lobby. After arguing and I was a bit forced to stay in met the new receptionist then got a room. The car parked on the side of the road because the inn yard was narrow and was full. At the receptionist I also had an uncomfortable experience where my 12 year old child was forbidden to stay because the room was only for 2 people without being given a solution. Back to arguing and finally my small child was allowed to stay. It's a tiring experience. Upon entering the room the mattress was very hard, the spring felt in the back and the bathroom was dirty. This place is seriously not recommended for family stay.

The first time I stayed here was not wearing enough, the AC was off, then under the bed there was a cockroach, the tap water, couldn't be closed completely, still dripping so it was noisy.

First, look at the photos, maybe just ordinary, but when I get there, the place is comfortable, clean, the facilities are pretty good, the water heater also functions, not disappointed with the price, just about everything, every message on the online agent is always satisfied, increase again the facilities and comfort in every order 😊

A comfortable and quiet place, right and left a lot of eating places.

1. The room has no lighting. 2. The addition of the mattress was initially 100, then with the other officers it became 125 thousand reasons because of Eid. 3. The clerk asked for extra money by reason of washing the car, even though the car was not washed at all. 4. Not given soap and shampoo even though sachetan. Ugly, give up, not to mention if you bring 3 children you can't. So it is obligatory to use an extra bed, even though previously in another lodging it was okay. Mending look for another place. Not recommended !!

Suryalaya inn is highly recommended for overnight stays, good service, clean, friendly and comfortable, and for those who are short vacation or vacation are highly recommended for backpackers too. Anyway the atmosphere is really good. Must be back again if you leave or have a longer vacation!
