Very friendly and fast service, the room was clean, the airy mattress airlangga.

Fast & Satisfying Service. To continue to be improved, especially in the Toilet for the Fan Blower not functioning.

The location is in the city, near food and near shops. Ingun need to check room facilities first. Because at that time the inhouse room did not work, but the officer was alert to help

The hotel is clean. The bathroom too. Modern design. TV Standby AC is cold. Cold hot shower. Complete airy room equipment, from drinking, snacks, to toiletries. Great breakfast. Friendly service. The location is close to the downtown mall. With these various benefits, I am only satisfied with affordable prices. Thank you, airy😘

Originally I was only going to stay one night. But as I was here in business, I decided to extend my stay. The only complaint I really have is about the noise from others. My room window opened to a building next door that seemed to always have guests either playing loud music at odd times of the day and/or night to just noisy guests. Quite frustrating. But the last night of my stay, there was a large group that checked into this hotel. Locals, they seemed to treat the hotel more like their own private kos-kosan where they were smoking in public spaces (at least on the second floor) and gathering in groups and speaking very noisily both very late at night as well as very early in the morning. The front desk staff asked them to quiet down. But this request was just ignored. Very rude. This is a hotel, not their private residence. Act appropriately!

The place is comfortable and near the city.

Friendly service and clean rooms.

The location is close to Lombok Epicentrum Mall, where can we easily get Damri buses to the airport / vice versa. Even for food, you don't need to worry because in a hotel, once you sell food, from street vendors to KFC & SS (special chili). Friendly hotel service; i stayed there 3D2N the room was always cleaned (at the time when I asked for cleaning); get a welcome drink every day; towels, toiletries, bed linen, pillowcases also replaced (coincidentally the last day I saw room boy changing sheets and pillowcases in the room), until the trash can was replaced with new bags, non-smoking rooms. Minus: there is no breakfast, even in the morning the food order is not served because they only serve from 19.00 WITA. Over all at that price, what we get is very satisfying.

Strategic location and spacious rooms.

Super comfortable, only the bed linen smelled like it didn't dry.

Check-in and check-out is fast, service is not friendly, the receptionist is not smiling, right up to the room, I want to lower the curtain, the curtain fell. There are no hotel towels, at 4 o'clock the new harduk is delivered, no toothbrush, in the room there are a lot of mosquitoes, right in the morning there is a foul odor in the room. But the advantages of this hotel, cold air conditioning, strong WiFi, cheap prices, airy food, soap, shampoo and combs are there. This is my experience staying here.

The ac is not cold, the cleanliness is lacking and the rooms are not soundproof, from the outside hallway the noisy noise goes inside.

The drain is a little blocked. so if you take a shower the water comes out on the front floor of the bedroom, the shower water comes out only a little. For others it's good enough.

The place is comfortable, strategic, food along the way, the hotel service is satisfying, God willing, will stay here again, thank you for the service.

Check-in and check-out is fast. Strategic location near the city center and culinary. Next to the hotel there is a super market and KFC. In this hotel there are also hotel cafes and restaurants which are very affordable. I checked in at 1 pm, immediately given a room, friendly service. Soft mattress, fairly spacious room, cool AC, complete toiletries. In front of the room there are chairs and fish pond, I was given a 1st floor room by FO hotel. Hotel prices are very cheap, only Rp. 125,000 via the application. The disadvantages of this hotel, namely: slow WiFi, small lobby, and narrow parking. The hotel is on 3 floors and there is no hotel elevator yet. I ordered the Airy rooms, but I wasn't given the typical Airy rooms. This is my experience staying at the Hotel Nutana Airy Rooms.

Amazingly comfortable, safe. Hotel clerks are all friendly, satisfied.

Not bad for a temporary shelter.
