The hotel was nice but a bit scary :( Booked a suite in the corner because they said there was only one room. Then I heard the sound of chairs moving from the room next door even though the room was empty :) Finally asked to move rooms so I got a downgrade but it was better because there were other guests next door. Thank you to the receptionist who helped me move in the middle of the night :(

When checking in, the front desk didn't know where he was, the area where he was was left, waiting until pressing the bell was quite long, at least if there was a need he could have asked someone else to come and replace him for a while.

Lack of cleaning energy. The pillows were dirty and moldy. The bathroom was dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The upside was the hot water. The room was very spacious, had a large balcony, and was reasonably priced.

As soon as I entered, the atmosphere immediately felt cold, dark, and empty, like a long-abandoned building. The hallways were silent, devoid of sound, minimal lighting, and a truly eerie aura, as if this place hadn't been inhabited for a long time. The room I was in felt empty and eerie, not just uncomfortable, but like I was in a "forgotten" location. Worst of all was the bathroom—the smell of urine was so strong, pungent, and utterly unbearable, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Honestly, this wasn't about unmet expectations, but about basic adequacy.

The hotel is old and poorly maintained, although it is still okay, it is quite creepy and this hotel is often used for events, so if you are staying during the day or on the weekend, the parking lot is quite crowded.
