I was disappointed because the bed was itchy, the bathroom was dirty and smelly, and the water was small. For over 300 thousand rupiah, you get water, tissues, Wi-Fi, etc., but this time I got nothing. I checked in for 2 days but only checked out after 1 day.

Parking is cramped, only 1 car can fit, the bathroom toilet roof has a hole, the sheets are a bit itchy, going up to the 3rd floor is really tiring, climbing the high, winding stairs is very unsafe for bringing children.

The bathroom smelled fishy and was uncomfortable. The water in the toilet was just enough for washing. Water leaked from the adjoining bathroom. When I woke up, the floor was flooded and my belongings were wet. The AC wasn't cold and leaked. The service was indeed lacking, but I'd put more emphasis on the facilities.

There's no hot water, even though the hotel description says it does. The lights aren't bright enough, making it feel really creepy. The building itself also adds to the creepy feel because the walls are covered in mold and spiderwebs.
