Hopefully those who are thinking about having a staycation here read this review first! The first time I checked in there was no receptionist, I pressed the bell dozens of times with no response. I was thinking about canceling my staycation but I already paid via payment at a hefty fee. Finally, when the receptionist arrived, she was very rude and very unfriendly, when she checked in via the application, she was given proof of order, instead she was told to check the transfer history/proof again. But it's okay, still be patient. Provide proof of payment. And after that, he was told to wait for almost an hour, saying he wanted to clean his room first. After entering the room, the worst thing was, the floor was still very wet and slippery which had just been mopped, a musty smell was immediately felt, the bathroom door had a hole at the bottom which had been patched with plastic and the bathroom door couldn't be locked. The closet was safe, but when I was taking a shower the water was stagnant (clogged), so it flooded all the way to the front floor because the door was only patched with plastic. The mattress makes it itchy, not really worth sleeping on. At night it is quite haunted because the lighting is very poor, there are only 2 lights. The AC doesn't have a remote, so it's stuck, so if it's cold, it can't be turned off. Just a display TV, useless. Finally checking out we were told to wait another hour, car parking was actually deducted from the deposit even though at the beginning there were no instructions or told to pay for parking. Everywhere I check in, I never pay for parking, Anjay. The quality is far from being called a hotel, it's still as good as a guest house. Please the management of this hotel read the reviews, so that it can be managed better 🙏 and in the end I am really disappointed, thank you.
