I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the reasons I chose it was because they promised airport pickup, but upon arrival, the hotel was difficult to contact and suddenly announced they couldn't pick me up. Furthermore, the hotel was quite small and unsanitary. The breakfast menu was also very limited and underwhelming. In my opinion, the service and amenities provided fell short of what was promised.

A hotel with hourly airport shuttles is a great deal for that price. Convenient for those in transit awaiting an early morning flight.

The location is a bit far from the city center but close to the airport. Affordable, clean, quiet, and comfortable. There's a 24-hour coffee shop just across the street from the hotel. Recommended.

I've stayed here twice. Thank God, the service is great, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. I stay here because it's close to the airport, as I always take early flights. Breakfast is available for takeout, and there's also an airport shuttle.

There are no mugs or coffee cups provided in the room, making it difficult for guests to make their own drinks.

The AC is not felt, must complain first before getting another room. Before the guest arrives, the condition of the room should have been ensured properly. For the food menu, it tastes bland.

The staff was ok, but the breakfast food was nothing other than fried chicken, and it looked like it had been warmed up for a few days.

honestly the service of the staff is very good, friendly and super helpful!! but unfortunately the hotel is dirty and filthy, the sheets have lots of stains and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, the water in the toilet smells like the sewer and the hot water from the shower takes a long time to heat up, the breakfast is not good.. basically the facilities are just so-so😭 except the airport shuttle facility is very helpful, it's quite helpful with the friendly receptionists.. even though it's a 3 star hotel but it's like a 1 star.
