The room was nice and clean. The only downside was that the TV was old-fashioned, not a smart TV.

Bad experience ever staying in this hotel. Bad process check-in with Mr. Julian, asking for ironing is hard to get due to they only have 1 ironing for the whole guest. They did not give information regarding breakfast and Wi-Fi during check-in, even free parking, which are the benefits of staying. The receptionist Julian is not polite at all. This is the first stay in here but very worst stay. ☺️ Even when breakfast is late and no other choices of food, they did not refill it.

Parking is far from the entrance. To stay here, you'll pay Rp 2,000 for the first hour and Rp 1,000 for each subsequent hour, with a maximum of Rp 10,000. It's not recommended for a staycation using a private vehicle. The comfort is very limited because the building is combined with a nightlife venue. From 12 to 3 a.m., the music is loud, and the floor even vibrates. Not to mention the Rp 200,000 deposit. Furthermore, amenities are minimal, with only one coffee and one tea maker provided. Plus, this hotel only offers a hairdryer.

The bathroom was very dirty, there were lots of live black animals, not dead animals. I spoke to the receptionist 3 times and they said it had been cleaned but it was still dirty. On the first day the AC didn't work, I couldn't sleep because it was too hot, the room phone was dead. Proof of deposit was not provided.

This hotel is very busy because of its many other facilities, such as restaurants and clubs (?). There's also parking. I paid Rp7,000 for a motorbike for one night. With such a reasonable price, parking should have been included. However, the receptionist service was quite good.

I hadn't checked out yet, but housekeeping had already entered my room and given me some water. The room I was staying in, which was neat and clean, was actually a mess. My bathroom was used without being cleaned. The customer service was incredibly slow, and she looked like she hadn't showered.

The staff is not very friendly (especially the women), please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the room is not soundproof, apart from being disturbed by the music from the bar, I was disturbed by the sound of the alarm and the sound of the TV from another room.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed, and female staff should be friendlier to guests, especially the female receptionists. The rooms aren't soundproof, and my sleep was disturbed until the early morning because there are two bars inside the hotel, and the music was loud due to the rooms not being soundproof.

The staff service is friendly and standard hotel. Security at the lobby door is fast response during check-in and check-out. The deluxe room is newly decorated but very cramped, let alone the superior room. Breakfast charge for children over 3 years old is considered an adult. Conclusion, it is not recommended for families with children. The room is cramped and the sound of the disco bass thumps into the room, even though it is on the 5th floor. In the toilet there is no partition between the bathroom and the closed room. Breakfast charge for children is 88 RB / pax. (I just waived breakfast). For a 3-star hotel, the price is quite expensive and the child age limit is too low. With a price of 500 thousand including breakfast + tax, it is not worth it for me as a hotel connoisseur, especially in Pekanbaru.
