Best value for holiday with family

I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson. Whenever I go to Batam, Radisson is always my first choice. I really like staying here because the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is very clean, and they make me feel at home. Highly recommended!

I love this hotel. I think the location is good because you can grab or gojek anywhere in Batam. The pool is nice. The gym is great. It is a little bit more expensive than other hotels, but you get what you paid for.

The hotel environment is beautiful, the hotel rooms are quite spacious and what we like most is the swimming and the gym which is fun and we want to come back to the Radisson Hotel.

Love the pool and the breakfast.

It's such a great place. They gave a birthday cake despite I didn't tell them it was my birthday. I feel really amazed.

So far overall is okay and will be staycation agains soon hahaha

Everything was fine. It was standard for a 4- or 5-star hotel. I was just a little disappointed that I couldn't request a 20-minute late checkout because I wanted to pray Dhuhr in my room. Even Fullerton Singapore once gave us a 1-hour late checkout for prayers. Anyway, different hotels have different rules.

The right choice for staying in Batam city and golf tour

An exceptional hotel, conveniently located in the city center and close to everything. The breakfast selection is interesting and very tasty. The view of the green golf course from the room is a treat.

Love to stay at Radisson and always stay there while travelling on business trip. The staff are friendly & helpful, the room is clean, the food was tasty and flavorful.

Friendly staff, got souvenirs during my stay, it was fun. The food was varied. The room was comfortable, with only one inconvenience: the clogged washbasin. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Good job.

Always come back to this hotel. Staffs are friendly. Good location, not crowded. Clean. Room is comfy. There's a cafe with Starbucks in it. Indoor pool is top notch. Plenty of outdoor activities such as archery, billiards, kids playground.

Every time I went to Batam, even just for transit, I always love to stay at Radisson.
