The hotel is highly recommended... The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. If there was an elevator, it would be even cooler... If I go to Malang again, I must stay at the Ubud Hotel again.

The receptionist was friendly. However, my expectations were probably too high considering the price of around 340,000 Rupiah for a superior room. The floor of the room was cracked, the bathroom was a bit dirty, and what made me even more shocked was the lack of a jet shower in the toilet. In fact, my friend had stayed there many times in the same superior room, with facilities including a bathtub, let alone just a jet shower. Honestly, I was shocked because when I asked the receptionist, they answered that different floors have different interiors. But even within the same room, there can be that much of a difference. I only stayed at the hotel for 2 hours before finally deciding to check out because there was no solution for the toilet that didn't have a jet shower.

The staff is friendly, the place is very comfortable, the service is champion. Just staying at this hotel and not going anywhere else feels happy because you can see the river behind the swimming pool. Fresh At first I was a bit worried because I got a cheap price on the app and immediately booked 3 nights, but it turned out the staff was still welcoming and the service was not discriminatory! I got a room on the 2nd floor basement, but it was okay. It was worth the price and the room was still comfortable. (-) Minus WiFi on the 2nd floor was dead on the 3rd night, the signal from the provider didn't reach downstairs. It's hard to work if you don't get a room upstairs. But overall I was very happy staying here, and want to come back again if I go to Malang ✨

When I checked in, I waited 30 minutes because they were still cleaning it. I was really tired, but luckily the room was okay, the view was also really good, and the breakfast view was also really good. Overall, this family room is worth it for a staycation. However, the swimming pool has a lot of leaves, so it seems like it's rarely cleaned.

service great, breakfast great, location behind the traffic from downtown so not so great. worst for us was that we booked the hotel cuz our little kids love swimming but the kids pool was very very dirty and no continuous cleaning so our kids could not swim at all.. the hotel offered a free ride to another pool but didn't understand it was about 2 little kids who just wanted to swim close to the room.. so we ended up with crying and begging kids who wanted to swim and that made this hotel terrible for us .. no holiday feeling at all

The hotel staff was very helpful during check-in. No need to travel all the way to Bali for a staycation; Ubud Hotel doesn't feel like you're in Malang. The environment is very peaceful... I'll be back again next time.

I've been here twice, so far it hasn't disappointed me, the staff are friendly and maybe every time I go to Malang I'll stay here, too lazy to use other hotels.

Very comfortable, far from the noise, waking up in the morning greeted by the sound of birds chirping.

It's really comfortable here, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Malang. The location is also really strategic.

The staff was very friendly, even though we took the shuttle back and forth, they still provided friendly service. Especially since I brought my little one with me, he was very happy to take the shuttle back and forth between the parking lot and the restaurant. When my husband parked the car, he intended to walk to the room, but instead he was picked up by the shuttle. The breakfast food was also varied.

It's special here. This is my third time here. And I'm always happy, I'll never regret it. Especially this time, I got an upgrade to my room type without any additional charges. Wow, I'm so happy. Thank you Ubud Hotel and Cottages ❤ I'll be back again

I stayed here for 4 days.. oh yes, it is not recommended for pregnant women or the elderly because there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep 😭 I stayed here and my legs were sore, I didn't know that the hotel had a room downstairs via steep stairs, and I couldn't request a room change, the view and ambiance of the hotel are indeed good and quiet like the ambiance of Bali, the hotel's theme has many stairs because of the natural theme and the condition of the building's land which is like a valley, there is a river and the sound of the river water gives a calm impression and refreshes the mind wkwkwkwk.. When I first checked in, the condition of the sheets and bedcover in my room was dirty, because I was disgusted so I requested to change the sheets, and the staff responded well even though it took a while to change them.. For breakfast, the menu was standard and not very varied, but the mendoan was delicious, plus because the breakfast view was beautiful, the lack of variety was forgivable 😂

Sounds from the other room too loud, i asked help to the receptionist to alert the other room to quiet i just want too sleep in the middle of the night and they don’t do that

The check-in process was very easy & the service was very satisfying.

It's okay, but the bathroom cleanliness is lacking, there are many stains in the bathroom which I think should be replaced/upgraded again. And for breakfast food variations are lacking and the taste is also lacking, the receptionist and restaurant service is good, thank you

The hotel staff was friendly. It turns out there are two hotel locations. The classic, old building. But since it was full when we checked in that day, it didn't feel intimidating.

Good service, clean rooms, 2 stars are like 4 stars, highly recommended... Deluxe Classic is really good. Spacious rooms are complete

The surrounding environment is quite quiet, the AC is cold, the room is spacious, you can make your own coffee and tea, the bathroom has a shower and bathtub which is very comfortable because it is not slippery, plus long legs like mine are enough ❤️
