We didn't know what we could expect. The reviews were very different, but for us, it is the hidden gem, and we will definitely come back. The surroundings and the room were very nice. We had planned to stay just one night, but after settling in our room and sitting outside and seeing the greenness and the playground, my daughter asked for a longer stay, so we booked one extra night. This is a really nice place to escape the heat and the buzzing noise from the country or city. The food in the restaurant for this category is very good. Tasty and big portions. The hot water is where most customs are over-complaining; just try it out before. If the gas heater is not used for a few days, you need to try it approx. 5 times, and the gas heater will be working fine, and you will get a nice hot shower. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff for the great stay.

The only downside was that breakfast was limited to instant noodles and white rice. The staff informed us that other side dishes would be refilled, but there were still no additional side dishes.

The hotel's location is very strategic. The hotel also has a restaurant and cafe that sells food and drinks for guests outside the hotel, so you can eat at one stop without having to go anywhere else. There is an indoor and outdoor playground, rabbits, birds, etc., and a swimming pool too. Suitable for a staycation with family. It doesn't have AC, but Tawangmangu is cool enough. Breakfast is okay 4/5. Room cleanliness could be improved because I found several ants in my room. If asked whether I would return again, I would because the facilities are suitable for a staycation with children at a very affordable price.

The receptionist said the cafe opened at 10:00, but it wasn't open until 11:00 so the voucher given by the hotel couldn't be used because I had to check out immediately.

We got a cafe voucher which according to the receptionist opened at 10.00 WIB, closed at 20.30 WIB, but at 11.00 WIB the cafe was not yet open and the voucher could not be used because we were going to check out soon.

I love this hotel; it's comfortable enough for a family vacation with small children. It has a spacious garden, which the kids love.

The entire experience here was truly enjoyable, especially the facilities, such as the pool, playground, garden, and ping pong table, which are sure to appeal to kids, along with the beautiful views. The staff is also helpful.👍

In the morning there was no hot water, I immediately called the receptionist, didn't wait long, and the staff immediately handled it. The food was delicious, it can be delivered to the room too, the price is still standard wallet. The place is clean. Parking is secure. Please pay attention to the soap in the bathroom, I happened to get a room that was out of soap. Other than that, everything is good. Next time I go on holiday, I can come back here again...

I've been staying here since my husband was in kindergarten until he's now 35. The rooms are clean, old-fashioned, but well-maintained. If you're looking for a family get-together, this is a great place to stay. Even bringing kids, there's plenty of space to play, both indoors and outdoors. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay. We arrived at 1 p.m. and were allowed into our room. The room was spacious and directly overlooked the garden and hills. There was no air conditioning, but it was cool and not stuffy at all. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The location was strategic.

Stayed on a weekday, so it was very quiet, late check-in at 6 PM. Upgraded to VIP room, spacious room complete with cooking utensils like a villa. Cleanliness is okay, only a little dirt on the toilet wall, probably soap splashes, when asked to clean it immediately followed up. Staff is friendly. Incidentally, because it was not a weekend, breakfast was not buffet but a la carte. Of the 2 served, fried rice and rawon, both were delicious, the kids loved eating them.
