The bedroom is large, the view is very good especially in the morning. The main pool is clean and big and the staff is very friendly. But the bathroom smells a bit when we arrive, slippers on request and when we ask, it took a long time to come until we called many times and just delivered. The check-in process is also long, taking up to 30 minutes. In the room there are lots of ants and in the bathroom and some parts of the ceiling of the room there are several cobwebs. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

A hotel with beautiful natural scenery, the service of the staff is very good and friendly. The room is quite spacious with a bed facing directly to the balcony with a view of rice fields & forest. The infinity pool is great for photo spots, especially with floating breakfast. I am very satisfied staying here.

A very satisfying resort from all sides. Only minus the room air conditioner that had leaked, but that wasn't a big problem. At the time of my booking there was a technical error, so the resort gave a free upgrade to the private pool villa. But the breakfast menu is less varied for a classy resort like this. It's even much better than the picture. I don't want to go back home. You should try a private pool villa. It worth every penny. Right in the middle of jungle and can even hear the river sound the bird. Oh nothing to complain about and the bathroom just so perfect. Best place for honeymoon and best resort I've ever been to bali. Will come back here again.

Our stay in jannata is beyond expectation, the view to the hill is breathtaking, the room is spacious, we love the bath tub with a view to the hills! Breakfast is delicious, and best enjoyed in the room while you are enjoying the views.
